He was originally with the Automobile Association heading the Legal Department at Manchester. Latterly he was with the London Borough of Greenwich as a principal officer, with two years in Development Control, nine years in the Traffic Group, followed by seven years setting up and heading the Order Making Section. Daniel Thornton (Partner) Daniel joined and trained with TMO Services in 1995. He is thoroughly experienced in every type of Traffic Order and specialises in Controlled Parking Zones and other complex projects.
